How many people feel the economic crunch right now? Go ahead, raise your hands.  Each and every one of us do so we are all in the same boat. I feel this creates a situation that is a difficult one for you brides and grooms who are planning your wedding receptions. How do you handle it?  If you cut our services or quality of services for your reception, it could be even one year from now when we bounce back and your are looking back at a reception that you are not very happy with and thinking you should have made better decision. 
Let's look at the Gas crunch as an example. Everyone was in a panic to get cars that were gas efficient during the crunch. Rightfully so!. No one knew when or if things we going to change?  But it always seems that the American economy does this and bounces back. And then it happend! Gas prices started going down and all those dealers that had sold those expensive SUVs for under cost were not too happy. AND those dealers that purchased truckloads of cars that got 50 MPG now were stuck with cars that were not so popular anymore.
How does this relate to your Wedding Budget?  It is a big decision on whether to "go all out" , "Go half way out", or "Go Budget".
And of course the ongoing debate on what service provides the most value for the money.
